Creating Passionate Users: Kicking ass is more fun

If you spend much time in our Being Zone, you will know that we honor people living their dreams and through their passion tremendously. After all, we had been planning to live on the road for a long time, made a plan, and changed our lives, and ten years later - WOW.

A friend pointed out this wonderful article to me with an amazing chart that defines the course of enthusiasm when following what you think is your passion. Worth a read. And I love the title: Creating Passionate Users: Kicking ass is more fun.

You know it's true. The better you get at something, the better it feels. Snowboarding. Programming. Writing. Learning Japanese. Chess. Painting. Building cars. Cooking. Designing a web page. Skateboarding. Teaching. Marketing. Being a parent. Being in love.

While the article specifically addresses website development, it also talks about the passion we have for things in our life and how to cultivate the enthusiasm and energy to keep pursuing our passion. Worth reading.
